We start from the premise that you are health, and whatever experience you are going through, difficult as it might be, it’s just a temporary deviation from your essence and your center. A session with me is a journey into the safe space of your inner temple and the source of your inherent health.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?
During a session we start by exploring the situation you are living through right now and we look into the root of the symptoms you might be experiencing.
Once we have given enough space for your system to manifest freely, we connect with your body through biodynamic techniques, to allow the Breath of Life to reset your organism into a more desirable state.
You can opt for online sessions or face-to-face
During the online sessions, I will take you to a deep state of relaxation where your body will have the chance to decompress and reset by connecting with your natural healing resources. You will take with you tools to regulate your nervous system, deal with stress and anxiety and release tension in your body.

The sessions last 60 minutes with an interval of 7-10 days between sessions.
FOLLOW UP GUIDED STEPS
The private sessions are important to jump start your transformation into a healthier state and to allow yourself a space to heal where you are supported and nurtured, but the healing process will be more productive if you take with you some guidance and steps you can follow in between sessions. Remember that my job is to accompany you on your way back to health, but you always have the power and the knowhow inside you. The changes you implement in between sessions are the key to success. It´s you who takes the steps towards a new you and has absolute control all the way. Therapy is remembering who you REALLY are.
